The black truffle or Tuber Melanosporum, also known as Perigord truffle, is highly valued for its great aroma. It comes from a fungus under the ground: hypogeum
In the same way that the frozen truffle from the harvest of fresh truffle, we work with derivative products, this one is packed in metallic cans or crystal cans, in cubes or mincemeat. We have different formats especially large for industrial use or catering trade.
We also sell black truffle juice: a broth made only by cooking selected truffles without any other ingredient.
From the harvest of fresh truffle we work with derivative products. The fresh truffle is sliced, packaged and frozen in bags of different qualities and shapes, for industrial or catering use.
Tuber Aestivum or Summer Truffle has a soft and pleasant aroma of toasted malt. Its taste is of medium intensity, resembling of nuts, walnuts or hazelnuts.
