PROSILVA is a family business dedicated to the truffle sector since 1965, founded in its beginnings by the Molina Muñoz brothers.
Two decades later it would become the current PROSILVA SA Trufas of Levante settled in Sagunto, in the Valencian Community.
Seriousness, excellence and passion for what we do mark the history of our company. For more than 50 years we have been dedicated to selecting the best truffles for our customers, becoming leaders in fresh product exports.

  1. Prosilva SA is born

    At PROSILVA we buy the best truffles from the different producer regions and then we select them and distribute them fresh, canned or frozen.

  2. Presidency of the Spanish Federation of Mushroom and Truffle Business Leaders

    For years we have taken on the challenge of defending the rights of our federation and defending the properties of truffles and other mushrooms. We are honored to have been selected to perform such representation.

  3. Retail sale in supermarkets

    PROSILVA guarantees the optimal management of food safety at an international level by ensuring food safety throughout the food chain until it reaches the final consumer. That is why large supermarkets trust us as Gourmet establishments to offer their customers the best products.

  4. First truffle exporting company in Spain

    We export our product worldwide so we can proudly say that we reach every corner of the world. Countries such as France, the United States, Arab countries or Hong Kong are our main assets.

    Nowadays wild truffle is scarce and planting allows us to have nearly all year long without stock breakage, ensuring distribution and thereby also the confidence that customers place in us.

    We are leaders in the export of fresh products. We have sufficient logistics as well as a fast and efficient distribution network that guarantees that the product arrives in the best possible conditions of conservation. Our facilities are equipped with refrigerated chambers that lengthen and maintain the life of the product keeping it in optimal conditions.
